To celebrate the Association for Art History’s 50th anniversary, I have been commissioned
to create this series of 50 videos & photographic portraits highlighting
the variety of careers that studies in art history and visual culture can lead to,
whether in the field or beyond.

The aim is to let young people know that art history is a valuable and enriching area of study,
and that exciting careers are available in the field.
Experts reflect on how art history has impacted them and their roles today.

The Association for Art History wants to let young people (16–24-year-olds) know
that art history is a valuable and enriching area of study, and that exciting careers are available in the field.
