I am a Photographer and Videographer producing a wide range of engaging narratives and compelling storytelling contents, interviewing contributors with a mix of creativity, flexibility and technical knowledge. I am specializing in documentary, editorial photography, portraiture and special event. I have developed, filmed & directed a number of commissions for broadcasters, corporate companies, NGOs, private institutions and international organisations in Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Curatorial practice
I have been an independent curator, art & media programmer for over 15 years. I have specific expertise in managing and delivering complex creative projects and partnership development related to countries in crisis and transition. I have significant experience of developing complex cultural projects from inception to completion including securing and managing funding, writing reports and producing audio-visual recordings.
Educator leader
Since 2006 I have programmed an extensive range of Art & Photography workshops and courses for young people and adults. I frequently collaborate with cultural institutions and NGO’s as an experienced trainer. I have carried out training activities in the field of Photojournalism and Conflict-Sensitive Reporting in the age of New Media and their contribution to Freedom of Expression.
